PLEASURES Drops Joy Division Reebok Club C

0

PLEASURES has released an official collaboration with Joy Division and Reebok—the “Unknown Pleasures” Club C—inspired by the iconic ’70s post-punk band’s seminal album.

Founded in 2015 by Alex James and Vlad Elkin, LA-based streetwear brand PLEASURES is rooted in music subcultures, drawing inspiration from genres like punk rock, hip-hop, and metal. Their latest Club C design pays homage to one of the most influential post-punk albums of all time, Unknown Pleasures, released in 1979 and celebrated for its raw and atmospheric sound, haunting melodies, and deeply emotive vocals.

The shoe comes in an all-black colorway, echoing the dark and introspective energy of the album, with the album’s iconic pulsar waveform cover art by Peter Saville integrated into the toe box. This project is a continuation of the PLEASURES x Joy Division collection released last year, which featured various apparel and accessories adorned with the same artwork. The silk tie from this collection has been restocked for this Club C launch.

The Club C is presented alongside a campaign video and lookbook featuring individuals playing a game of pushball—a dynamic sport once popular in Britain—with the Unknown Pleasures waveform emblazoned on the massive ball.

The PLEASURES x Joy Division x Reebok Club C is now available exclusively on the PLEASURES website. Check out the campaign imagery below.
