Los Angeles-based streetwear brand PLEASURES has announced the release of its next ASICS collaboration, a nature-themed iteration of the GEL-NYC.
Following their last ASICS collab on the GEL-LYTE III in 2022, PLEASURES is now taking on the GEL-NYC, dressing it in a colorway “inspired by vivid foliage and heightened senses.” It features a primarily pink upper with ripstop and suede construction. The stripes on the side panels come in purple and golden yellow, with additional golden yellow hits on the ASICS logo on the tongue and on the heel tabs. Earthy brown completes the color palette, appearing on the mudguard, eyelets, laces, sole unit, and the PLEASURES branding on the toe box.
The PLEASURES x ASICS GEL-NYC will launch on October 11th at 10am PT on the PLEASURES website. A wider release is expected to follow on ASICS.com and at select retailers. Check out the shoe below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
