If you grew up playing soccer in the 2000s, this upcoming release from Nike is sure to bring back some memories.
Over twenty years ago, in the lead up to Euro 2004 in Portugal, Nike introduced a new generation Total 90 soccer cleats, the Air Zoom Total 90 III. The concept behind the T-90 series was to develop a soccer cleat that would be comfortable to wear throughout the entire match, 90 total minutes of playtime. The Total 90 III was a big hit, featuring uppers constructed from plush quilted synthetic leather and an asymmetrical lacing system for optimal ball control.
Nike is now bringing back the Total 90 III as a street style sneaker, replacing the performance tooling with a flat rubber sole for daily use. The reimagined design comes in eye-catching colorways that pay tribute to the bold and vibrant palette of the originals.
The Nike Total 90 III SP drops March 1st in “Metallic Silver,” “Black Patent,” and “Bordeaux” colorways. In the US, the “Metallic Silver” pair will be available on SNKRS and at select NBHD retailers, while the “Black Patent” and “Bordeaux” colorways will be dropping at NBHD retailers. Outside of the US, all three colorways will be available on SNKRS and at select retailers. The gold “Dynamic Yellow” will arrive later this spring, with more colorways set to arrive this summer. Check out the four Spring 2025 colorways below.
