Meta Taps Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt & Kris Jenner For Super Bowl LIX Commercial

Meta has launched a new creative campaign for their AI-powered line of Ray-Ban glasses.

Set to air during the Super Bowl LIX, the ad spots feature a star-studded cast comprised of Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt, and Kris Jenner, each rocking a pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Hijinks ensue as the two Chrises explore a fancy art gallery environment and get a bit too hands-on with the works on display. One of the ads features Comedian by Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan, the viral banana duct-taped to a wall that sold for $6.2 million at auction, while another features UNTITLED by renowned Swiss contemporary artist Urs Fischer, known for his iconic melting wax sculptures.

Along with the commercials, Meta and Ray-Ban also created special edition version of the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer glasses for Super Bowl LIX. This friends-and-family iteration comes in matte black with gold mirrored lenses and is housed in a custom ‘LIX’-engraved case.

As demonstrated by Chris, Chris, and Kris, the Ray-Ban Meta glasses are powered by Meta AI and can be used to answer questions about what the wearer is looking at. They can also be used to capture and short moments completely hands-free, stream music (such as the new GNX album by Super Bowl Halftime performer Kendrick Lamar), and get game info and stats without having to take your eyes off the screen.

Meta also added a fun Easter egg to glasses that ties in with the Super Bowl ads. If you ask the glasses “Hey Meta, who eats art?” — like Kris Jenner does in the commercial — the glasses will reply “Chris Hemsworth eats art. But he blamed Chris Pratt for it in the Ray-Ban Meta Big Game ad in 2025.”
