Levi’s has teamed up with the Gundam anime franchise to release a collection of apparel inspired by the futuristic world of the Gundam series.
The collection features graphics from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, one of the most popular titles in the Gundam franchise. Highlighting the 12-piece offering is the 501 jean and matching trucker jacket made from light stonewash denim and featuring a bold, all-over Strike Gundam print. If you want something a bit stealthier, there is also a black anorak that features silver piping and a large GAT-X105 Strike Gundam graphic on the back. This jacket can be paired with the matching black cargo pant. Other pieces include a light grey rugby top, a red Aegis Gundam hoodie, boxy tees offered in Starbright White and Destruction Black, and a dark blue long-sleeve with reflective prints on the sleeve and chest. Rounding out the collection are a set of accessories offered in a red and blue color scheme: an over-the-shoulder harness bag, a denim pouch with carabiner, and a beanie equipped with a utilitarian pouch.
The Levi’s x Mobile Suit Gundam SEED collection drops February 1st in the Asia-Pacific region, followed by a global release (North America, South America, Europe + more) on February 8th. In the US, the collection will be available on the Levi’s website, the Levi’s app, select Levi’s stores, and via PacSun and Urban Outfitters. Check out the pieces and lookbook shots below.
