LaMelo Ball & PUMA Officially Unveil the MB.04

PUMA Hoops has officially unveiled LaMelo Ball’s fourth signature shoe, the MB.04.

The PUMA MB.04 features breathable woven mesh uppers with 5D printing wrap targeted support around your foot, while NITROFOAM underfoot offers propulsion to fly past defenders. Stylized TPU support in the forefoot has also been added for stability throughout the silhouette. The design integrates LaMelo Ball’s personal branding, including the Phoenix logo and “1 1 1” motifs, as well as a distinctive heel logo for each colorway.

The first colorway of the MB.04 is the “LaFrancé,” named after and created in collaboration with Melo’s own fashion brand. It comes dressed in a baby blue hue and features LaFrancé’s “LF” logo on the heel. The shoe is dropping alongside a matching light blue colorway of the PUMA LaFrancé, a lifestyle silhouette that Melo and PUMA introduced earlier this year.

To celebrate the launch of the MB.04, LaMelo and PUMA are hitting the road together on a multi-city tour across the US. Throughout the tour, Melo will be engaging with local communities and youth organizations to foster community within local hoops communities via meet and greets, product giveaways, basketball skills and drills, and more. The tour kicked off Monday, August 26th in Charlotte with future stops in Atlanta (Aug 28), Miami (Aug 29), and New York City (Aug 30).

The PUMA MB.04 “LaFrancé” and matching LaFrancé “1:1” will launch on September 12th via PUMA, Foot Locker, and Champs Sports alongside a variety of apparel pieces. Check out both shoes below.
