LaMelo Ball has had a fruitful partnership with PUMA since signing with them in 2020. Now in his third year with the brand, Melo is dropping his first collaboration between PUMA and his own streetwear brand LaFrancé.
The first drop from PUMA x LaFrancé includes two footwear styles and a full apparel range that includes graphic tees, hoodies, shorts, and joggers. An alien green color scheme is seen throughout the collection, reflecting Melo’s out-of-this-world style. The footwear, a limited edition MB.03 basketball shoe and a lifestyle RS-XL, come dressed in fleur-de-lis graphics inspired by traditional French floral patterns (his brand name is LaFrancé, after all).
This collection marks the official retail launch of the MB.03, as the Gutter Cat Gang edition was only available via NFT. Ball’s third signature shoe with PUMA features alien claw marks across the uppers and a slime-inspired molded midsole, further reflecting how Melo is “Not From Here.”
