Infinite Archives x Air Jordan 17 Low Revealed in “Chicago” Colorway

Following the reveal of the first colorway inspired Mike Bibby’s Sacramento Kings PE, Infinite Archives founder Easy Otabor has now shared a first look at a second iteration of his Air Jordan 17 Low collab.

This Infinite Archives Jordan 17 Low comes dressed in the classic “Chicago” color scheme— white, red, and black—paying homage to MJ’s time with the Chicago Bulls. The shoe features white leather uppers, a black ankle collar, and bright red accents on the heel and collar tag. Additional details include a metallic copper heel counter and a milky translucent forefoot sole.

Alongside the reveal, Infinite Archives also shared a photo of an original 2002 Jordan Brand ad featuring Michael Finley in the OG “Varsity Red” colorway, hinting at more inspiration behind the design. The image ties in with Infinite Archives’ ongoing tribute to the year 2002, a theme the brand has been revisiting with daily posts on its Instagram for nearly a year.

This “Chicago” colorway of the Infinite Archives x AJ17 Low isn’t expected to release, though with two colorways rumored to drop, design elements from this sample may appear on the retail pair.

Check out the Infinite Archives x Air Jordan 17 Low “Chicago” sample below and look for the retail pairs to debut this fall via SNKRS and select retailers.
