Los Angeles-based streetwear brand Born X Raised presents a new collection for Spring 2024. Coming off the release of several successful collaborations, this latest in-house offering serves as a reintroduction for the OG streetwear brand.
Building their cut-and-sew offerings, the collection’s star piece is the green workwear-inspired jacket and pants set with tonal logo embroidery. Other standouts are the pieces with artwork from Valentina Vargas that are just so authentically West Coast, including a sweatsuit, long-sleeve tees, and beanies. The “Stuck on Stupid” studded Dickies jacket is also a personal favorite. This phrase appears on a couple other pieces, including snapbacks and long-sleeve tees, while the BXR motto “One Block at a Time” also makes several appearances.
The lookbook for the collection was shot in various locations around Los Angeles, with some stills shots against the blue gradient BXR logo backdrop, a nod to the photo booth at the brand’s annual Sadies Hawkins Party. The same backdrop was used last season to celebrate the life of BXR’s late co-founder Spanto.
