Original Story (12/9/24): A special release of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Chicago” is on the way as part of Jordan Brand’s 40th anniversary celebration of the Air Jordan 1.
Bringing back the iconic “Chicago” colorway from the original 1985 Air Jordan 1 High lineup, this AJ1 Low arrives in the classic Bulls-inspired palette of White, Black, and Varsity Red. Jordan Brand first introduced the Air Jordan 1 Low “Chicago” in 2016, making the 2025 iteration its long-awaited return nearly a decade later. This version will feature a remastered build with a larger Swoosh compared to the current run of Air Jordan 1 Low OGs. This updated build will be used on all Air Jordan 1 Low OG releases from Summer 2025 onwards.
The Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Chicago” is expected to drop as part of Jordan Brand’s Holiday 2025 Retro lineup on SNKRS and at select retailers. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates as more details emerge.
