The adidas Samba is undergoing a texturized reconstruction courtesy of the Fox Brothers. The shoe, dubbed the Samba Fox, will be available in two new colorways.
Though adidas Originals and Fox Brothers first became collaborateurs in 2019, their partnership continues with the double release of the Samba. Cut from the same cloth, so to speak, the pairs are available in a “Dark Brown” or “Simple Brown” color palette, each consisting of Fox’s signature flannel cloth textiles, leather, suede and tweed. The tweed uppers are free from dyeing, capped with suede on the toes, leather Three Stripes, a blue adidas tongue label and orange heel tabs for contrast. A gold “Samba” is embroidered above the Stripes for additional branding. Once deemed a soccer shoe, the entire model sits on a flat brown midsole.
The adidas and Fox Brothers Collectors Edition Samba Fox will retail for $100 USD for each pair. Cop one or both via the adidas website when they drop on March 1st.
