adidas Basketball has officially announced the release of James Harden’s next signature sneaker, the Harden Vol 8.
Harden first debuted his eighth signature shoe on court at Madison Square Garden on November 6th for his first game as a Los Angeles Clippers. The new silhouette was designed to stand out amongst other performance basketball models and to capture Harden’s unique style and vision. “The shoe has to be like him, it has to be unmistakable,” says Jalal Enayah, Senior Footwear Designer at adidas.
The sleek design of the Harden Vol 8 makes the silhouette great for off-court wear, while at the same time offering pinnacle performance on-court thanks to its technical specifications. Performance features on the adidas Harden Vol 8 include:
- Conforming Internal Cuff: For a dynamic fit and comfort on and off the court
- Teardrop EVA Cage: Provides lateral support and containment for agile movements
- Full-Length JET BOOST: Ensures maximum energy return, keeping you fresh even in the final moments of the game
