WNBA x Air Jordan 3 “Desert Camo” Revealed

Happy first day of the 2024 WNBA season! Coincidentally, an upcoming collaboration between Jordan Brand and the women’s basketball league has just been revealed.

A special WNBA edition of the Air Jordan 3 is set to release later this year, dressed in a “Desert Camo” colorway. Uppers are constructed from canvas and feature a military-inspired desert camouflage print throughout. Additional features include a 3D Jumpman logo in white on the tongue, another Jumpman in black on the light brown heel tabs, a white midsole, and a translucent gum outsole with the WNBA’s signature orange on the forefoot. The WNBA logo is printed in orange on the insoles.

The “Desert Camo” colorway is likely a nod to the host city of the 2024 WNBA All-Star Weekend festivities, which take place in Phoenix, Arizona this July. The shoes are expected to release around the same time as this year’s WNBA All-Star break.

This release will mark the second time the WNBA logo appears on a Jordan footwear release. In 2023, the WNBA and Jordan Brand collaborated on an Air Jordan 38 which featured the WNBA logo on the left shoe’s tongue, opposite the Jumpman logo.
