Original Story (07/30/24): Despite his Cactus Jack moniker, Travis Scott has yet to dress any of his sneaker collabs in cactus green. Instead, La Flame’s color palette has primarily focused on dark, earthy tones, such as browns and olives. This is about to change, as a “Bright Cactus” colorway of the Jumpman Jack TR is on the way.
This new colorway of Travis Scott’s signature Jordan model, also known as the CJ1 T-REXX, will feature a off-white leather upper paired with bright green canvas paneling on the quarters and toe box. The shoe is rounded out with black hits on the Swooshes, ankle collar, and midsole, with additional black hits used for the Cactus Jack smiley faces on the heels and the “JACK” branding on the outsoles that will fade away with wear.
The Jumpman Jack TR “Bright Cactus” is slated to drop in the coming months on the Travis Scott website, SNKRS, and at select retailers in full family sizing. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
Update (04/02/25): The “Bright Cactus” T-REXX is slated to drop April 30th on SNKRS and at select retailers. Expect a raffle to take place on the Travis Scott website in the lead-up to the launch date.
