From the innovative collaborators that introduced the 3-in-1 Niobium shoe, the renowned outdoor-focused Japanese label Snow Peak is reuniting with New Balance’s Tokyo Design Studio to release a blacked-out version of the R_C4 Mid.
Based on the concept of “EXTREME SPEC,” several top-notch materials contribute to the shoes versatile make up. A rugged VIBRAM sole with ABZORB cushioning in the midsole create a comfortable ride perfect for all terrain. A GORE-TEX membrane works in tandem with the CORDURA ripstop shell to create the waterproof capabilities ideal in a shoe made for the elements. Additional features include a magnetic FIDLOCK buckle on the collar, neoprene lining, and reflective rope laces. A pair of wool socks accompanies the release.
The New Balance Tokyo Design Studio x Snow Peak R_C4 “Triple Black” drops globally on February 19th via Snow Peak locations, the Snow Peak webstore, and select retailers.
