Designer, curator, and Round Two co-founder Sean Wotherspoon has teamed up with 3D-printed footwear company Zellerfeld on two collaborative silhouettes: the Sean Double U Sneaker and Sean Double U Mule.
The foam-based footwear is offered in five colorways—Black, Oat, Red, Orange, and Blue—and incorporates “SW” branding on the upper and on the custom traction pattern on the outsole. Each pair is made using Zellerfeld’s proprietary zellerFOAM 100% recyclable material. The fused 3D lattice printing process is engineered so pairs are custom-fitted to the shape of your foot.
“3D printing is the future, and the present,” says Sean Wotherspoon. “I wanted to create something that felt recognizable in hand, but placed you in the future on foot. Notice the stitch lines we printed, and the textures we created. Only possible with Zellerfeld.”
The Sean Double U Sneaker and Mule are now available on the Zellerfeld website, with delivery estimated to take 3 to 4 weeks. Check out the campaign below.
