Merrell Heads to Westeros With ‘House of the Dragon’ Collection

0

Season 2 of House of the Dragon is coming to an end, though fans of the Game of Thrones prequel series can continue to root for their favorite House of Westeros with a new footwear collection from outdoor brand Merrell.

The House of the Dragon x Merrell collection consists of three styles, one for each of the major houses: House Targaryen, House Hightower, and House Velaryon. The “House Targaryen” Agility Peak 5 comes dressed in yellow, matching the color of Aegon II’s personal sigil as well as the bronze dragon Vermithor. The Hightowers are represented by a green Moab Speed 2, matching Alicent’s green dress and the green flame on the Hightower coat of arms. Last but not least, House Velaryon gets a red Moab 3, representing the blood of old Valyria, with white “teeth” on the outsole representing the teeth of a dragon.

Each shoe in the collection comes with “dragon scale” leather paneling on the uppers and are equipped with gold dragon trio lace jewels. They also feature their respective houses crest and family tree diagrams on the insoles.

Each style in the House of the Dragon x Merrell collection has its own release date. The “House Targaryen” Agility Peak 5 drops first on August 17th, followed by the “House Hightower” Moab Speed 2 on August 25th, and finally the “House Velaryon” Moab 3 on September 7th. The full collection will be available on merrell.com and at select retailers. Check out the official images below.
