Timberland and Hender Scheme have teamed up for their first collaboration, a reinterpretation of the iconic 3-Eye Lug Handsewn Boat Shoe.
The Hender Scheme x Timberland Authentic Boat Shoe is a union of Timberland’s heritage and Hender Scheme’s unique leather craftsmanship. The classic silhouette has been reupholstered using vegetable-tanned leather sourced from Japanese tanneries, which will develop a unique patina over time.
Signature details include a removable leather kilt and embossed eyelets that mimic metal hardware, yet are entirely crafted from leather. The accompanying campaign presents the shoe in various stages of patina, showcasing how the color will change as the shoe ages.
