Original Story (05/19/25): WNBA phenom Caitlin Clark is receiving her own Nike Kobe 5 Protro inspired by the Indiana Fever—the team that drafted her in 2024.
Debuted by Clark during her first ever WNBA playoff game against the Connecticut Sun, this Kobe 5 Protro brings Indiana Fever’s signature colors to the Nike model. This iteration comes dressed primarily in navy across the upper and sole, paired with red and gold accents on the tongue, gradient-outlined Swoosh, and gradient heel panels. All of the usual Kobe branding and details remain intact, such as the Sheath logo on the tongue and signature on the heel.
