BAPE and XBOX have teamed up to release a collaborative collection featuring apparel and a special edition ROAD STA sneaker.
Aptly unveiled on National Video Game Day (July 8th), the collection features a collaborative APE HEAD graphic and new camo print created specifically for this drop. The graphics and logos on the t-shirts, zip-up hoodies, and shorts feature a dual-layer rubber print, creating a 3D finish with black and white on the surface and signature Xbox green on the side cross section.
The XBOX ROAD STA features the collection’s black and white camo print across the upper, with Xbox green accents throughout. BAPE and XBOX co-branding appears on the heels.
BAPE and XBOX’s history goes back to 2003, when NIGO designed a custom faceplate for the OG Xbox dressed in BAPE’s signature camo. These were released exclusively in Japan and could be won at the 2003 Tokyo Game Show by lottery.
