Original Story (03/23/25): In honor of the 40th anniversary of the Air Jordan 1 in 2025, Jordan Brand presents a women’s exclusive “Ruby” colorway inspired by the gemstone that is traditionally used as a gift for a 40th wedding anniversary.
This Air Jordan 1 takes the black, white, and red “Bred Toe” color blocking and gives it a shiny new twist on the red paneling. Textured ruby overlays adorn the heel, toe box, and collar, giving the shoe a bold, high-end look that sets it apart from traditional releases. It also features a 3D TPU wings logo on the collar, adding another premium element to the commemorative release.
