adidas Basketball Launches the Dame 9 “Purple Burst”

Damian Lillard and adidas introduce the first in-line colorway of the Dame 9, following the signature shoe’s recent debut with BAPE.

The adidas Dame 9 “Purple Burst” features a purple-to-red gradient that pays homage to Dame’s persevering journey from unknown prospect to being named one of the NBA’s Top 75 players of all time. Purple represents Dame’s college days at Weber State, while the red hits represent his 11-year run with the Portland Trail Blazers.
