Today is NBA Media Day! Players are getting their photos taken ahead of the 2024-2025 season, so you know some of them are gonna stunt with their footwear. For his fifth media day, Anthony Edwards took the opportunity to debut an upcoming colorway of his signature shoe, the AE 1 “Chrome.”
This colorway of the AE 1 features an eye-catching metallic silver paint job on its honeycomb-shaped TPU Generative Support Wing, which covers the entirety of the side panels. The rest of the upper features the usual black textile construction, while blue branding on heels add a touch of Anthony Edwards’ favorite color.
The adidas AE 1 “Chrome” is expected to drop December 2024 with an increased retail price of $150 USD. Look for these to drop via adidas.com, select adidas stores, and select retailers such as Foot Locker and Champs Sports.
